Build ICS calendar files in four quick steps

This tool was built so small businesses, educators, and home organisers can share clean calendar invites without wrestling with complicated software. Everything runs directly in your browser and supports both English and Hebrew date pickers.

Fill in the event details below, choose the days that repeat, preview the schedule, and download a ready-to-share ICS file that works with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, and more.

How the ICS maker works

  1. Give your event a clear title people will recognise.
  2. Set the start and end time for the shared schedule.
  3. Pick every date in the series using the multi-select calendar.
  4. Preview the summary, then export and share the ICS download.

Need separate morning and afternoon sessions? Generate one file per time block so guests can subscribe to the slots they actually need.

Step 1: Event details

Step 2: Choose your dates

Select every day that shares the same hours. You can always add more later.

Tip: Hold the Control (Windows) or Command (Mac) key while clicking to toggle multiple dates faster.

Step 3 (optional): Add a reference image

Upload a photo or screenshot of the schedule to easily know what dates to choose.

Images are never stored on our servers; they only appear in this preview.

Why ICS files make coordination easier

An ICS file follows the open iCalendar standard, which means nearly every calendar app understands it instantly. Instead of copying information into separate platforms, you can share one attachment and let people import it with a click.

Each download generated here includes timezone data for Asia/Jerusalem plus a one-hour reminder, making it ideal for hybrid teams, reservists, and families coordinating meetups across Israel.

Frequently asked questions

Does the tool upload my data?

No. Everything runs inside your browser. When you refresh or close the tab, the selected dates and image preview disappear automatically.

Can I change the timezone?

Yes. Open the downloaded file in a text editor and replace TZID:Asia/Jerusalem with the timezone you prefer. Update the TZOFFSET lines to match your region.

Why do I see Hebrew labels in the calendar?

The picker loads the Hebrew locale by default because many of our visitors plan events in Israel. Your browser language will override that setting when possible, and you can still type dates manually if you prefer.
