ThePCRunners gives the highest priority to protecting user privacy and safeguarding information. This document explains which data is collected when the services are used, how it is processed, and the rights provided to you.

• Organisation details required to establish secure database connections (for example: supabase_url, anon_key).

• Improving the service, fixing defects, and supplying technical support.
• Information security and the prevention of abuse.

4. Information that is not stored

ThePCRunners does not store users’ personal, medical, or legal content. Any data entered or saved in connected repositories remains solely under the User’s responsibility.

5. Statistical data

The System may in the future collect anonymous statistical data (such as clicks or feature usage frequency) for analysis and service improvement. This information will not identify the User personally.

6. Third parties

• Use of Google Analytics for analytics purposes.
• Use of Google AdSense for advertising.
• Cloud infrastructure and operations provided by Azure, Supabase, and Cloudflare.

7. Paid services

If paid services are offered in the future, a dedicated privacy policy will be published for them.

8. Data retention

ThePCRunners does not maintain separate copies of users’ databases. Users are fully responsible for managing and storing their own information.

9. Information security

ThePCRunners employs reasonable technological and organisational measures to protect information, including quality assurance, security updates, and access controls. Nonetheless, ThePCRunners is not liable for direct or indirect damage, data loss, or breaches originating from external parties.

10. User rights

Users have the right to review information about themselves and to request corrections or deletion in accordance with applicable law. Such requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Updates

ThePCRunners reserves the right to update this document from time to time. Publishing an update constitutes sufficient notice to Users, and continued use of the System will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Jurisdiction

This document is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of Israel.
